The Office for the Aging's Weatherization Referral and Packaging (WRAP) helps senior citizens with energy related problems and home repairs. The WRAP program can assist income eligible individuals make energy efficient modifications to their homes. The WRAP Program also addresses health and safety repairs, such as rickety stairs and loose floorboards.
